Wallcote Pro Render – 20kg Per Bag

Wallcote Pro is a multi purpose, one component, polymer modified cement based render requiring only the addition of water to give excellent workability and adhesion.

It is ideal for rendering most common substrates including concrete block, clay bricks, rendered walls, off-form concrete, fibre cement sheeting, EPS (Polystyrene systems), and stonework.

Directions for use:

All surfaces must be free of dirt, dust, loose particles, oil, silicone, releasing agents or any substances that may reduce or inhibit adhesion to the substrate.

Note: Some surfaces may require extra preparation and/or priming. Consult the Technical data sheet (link below) for more information.

Mechanical mixing is recommended. Use an electric drill with a mixing speed of 600 rpm fitted with a suitable spiral mixing paddle. Add the contents of a 20kg bag to 3.4-4.0 litres of water and mix.

Once all render has been added, continue to mix until an even colour and consistency is obtained. If necessary add small amounts of additional water to achieve desired consistency. Do not add additional cement, lime or other materials to the mix.

Do not mix more material than can be used within one hour.

Spillage & partially set material should be discarded and should not be re-tempered with water.

Apply to the prepared surface with steel trowel or spray machine to a thickness of 3-8mm. As the material dries it should be floated with a wood or polystyrene float to produce an even, uniform surface.

The finished render should be left to cure for 3 days before a textured coating or masonry paint is applied.

Clean tools & equipment with water immediately after use.

Off White in colour.

Yield:

20kg bag covers 2.5-3.5m² at 3mm thickness
